The prices listed on our website are presented as Ex Works (EXW), which means they are quoted at the factory. This pricing structure does not include the cost of delivery. Shipping fees will be charged separately based on the destination and the rates charged by the carrier.

  5. International Shipments: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.   6. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  8. Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
